The Kai Malu Development offers two main floorplan options: the Honua Model (Named after the Hawaiian word “earth”) or the Lewa Model (Hawaiian word “sky”). Both models are 3 bedroom/2.5 bath, two-story with individual two-car garages, have vaulted ceilings, are made with top-of-the-line materials/appliances, offer relaxing indoor/outdoor living, and come with options for a backyard pool, spa, and/or BBQ package.
